We introduce Rosemary Britt to The Healing Loft! Rosemary is an acupuncturist, body worker, and Chinese medicine herbiologist that will be a regular pracitititioner here starting this week!  Please welcome her as she dicusses the benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine!

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is gaining more and more acceptance among the mainstream population.  It addresses both the physical and psychological body issues.  Acupunture works to rebalnce the body's natural energy or qi. (Pronounced "chee") through acupoints by removing blockages in the body.

Rosemary will be sharing how acupunture works and some of the benefits you can expect from receiving acupunture treatment!  Listen and learn more about this modality that's growing in popularity!

About Rosemary Britt: 

Rosemary is a 2011 graduate of the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM), Masters Program education and clinical experience in Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, Dietary Therapy, Auricular, Hand-Scalp and Foot Therapy, Tuina Massage, Qi Gong, TaiChi, and Western BioMedicine.  Studied Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral, Foundations of Chinese Medicine, Advanced diagnosis and Eastern treatment principles, Western Anatomy and Physiology at Center Point School of Shiatsu.  Associate of Arts with emphasis in Sociology, Cultural Awareness, and Counseling.
