    The Journey Begins...

    For some time now we have been experimenting with broadcasting our meditation gatherings over the Internet. So who is "we"? My name is Russ and I'm the founder of The Healing Center located in Alberta, Canada. I discovered what meditation really was a few years ago when I joined a small group that met weekly in the back of a rock and gem store in town.

    It wasn't very long before I began to discover a whole new world opening up for me. I started my own meditation group three years ago and have been conducting these sessions each Wednesday evening at 7:00PM MST. As our group, and The Healing Center, grew we quickly began to have students and friends who were unable to attend in person but wanted to participate.

    And so the broadcasting journey began. We have been experimenting with using differnet technologies and methodologies to find the best mix.

    In my journey's I happend to come across this website. I am so impressed. They have done a wonderful job.

    Our plan is to use this medium to broadcast our gatherings. I'm sure we'll have our share our growing pains but that's all part of the process.

    I invite you to join us when you can, share when you wish, and help us make this everything it can be.
