Over the past 8 years we've lived and traveled all over the world, ate everything that wasn't nailed down and have been tested to our limits. We both found ourselves overweight, tired and in need of a drastic change. I took the path of nutrition and he took the path of fitness. And after some major breakthroughs, our paths are finally coming together in the form of Health & Fitness.

Tomorrow is Wellness Wednesday on The Happy Temple, WHOLE-istic Health Radio show and we'll be sharing our 30 min conversation about how Aaron James lost over 100 lbs and turned that passion into becoming a personal trainer. He'll be talking about the MYTHS of losing weight at the GYM. Of course, I'll be speaking from a nutritional perspective. And we'll both be talking about not just the physical weight but also the mental and spiritual weight that had to be addressed. We'll also touch on the challenges of staying healthy as a couple.
