Lauren Werlin is a James Beard award-winning author and one of America’s foremost authorities on cheese. She is the award-winning author of six cheese-centric books including her latest Mac & Cheese. Food & Wine magazine associate editor Kristin Donnelly completed the professional program at The Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. She loves to cook with wine.
