Phenomenal Women Series: Karen Franks-Welsh

When I think of phenomenal women certainly Karen Walsh is definitely one who comes to my mind.  She is sharp, quick wit, sensitive and caring. A woman with a heart to give more than she has been given.  She is wife of the Sr. Pastor of Haili Church in Hilo Hawaii.  Haili Church sits upon the site of the great revival that took place on the island of Hawaii in the mid 1850's.

Karen's dedication to raise awareness of our humanity has touched many lives and definitely made an impact on mine.  She is a professional photographer, multi-award winning editor,  journalist and feature writer.

Karen is smart, funny and very knowledgeable.  God has blessed her life.  She has 3 grown children and two beautiful grand-children. Karen resides in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, Hawaii.  Tonight we share the life expectations and journey of this phenomenal woman.
