TRAINING: 4am three mile run, 4-5pm wrestling practice, 5-6pm MMA practice, 7-8pm boxing, 8-9pm strength and conditioning When and why did you start training for fighting? I wanted to keep my competitive edge after collegiate wrestling and occupy my time. What ranks and titles have you held? CFA Flyweight Champion, Purple belt in Jiu-jitsu Do you have any heroes? Father and grandfather What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? A dream come true! Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes. BS in Biology, minor in chemistry, Masters of Arts in Education.
