Pastor Leo Barbee Jr. & First Lady Helen Barbee Pastor Leo Barbee Jr. & First Lady Helen Barbee are two great pioneers in Kansas that are highly respected around the world. Along with being the Pastor of Victory Bible Church in Lawrence, he's also the President of the Lawrence Association of Evangelicals, Co-Founder of Greater Lawrence Christian Men's Association, Chaplain of the KU Jayhawks men's basketball team just to name a few. Helen Barbee was named Teacher of the Year and Employee of the Month for the Kansas City Kansas School District. She was Timothy John's middle school English teacher who is one of the greatest contributors to molding Timothy John into the man he is today. She is a strong woman of Christ determined to supporting the youth and uplifting the preception and standards of women.
