Imagine going through your life with an attitude of gratitude for the miracle that is your body temple. What if you chose to love your body just as it is in this moment? Many of us are shackled by outdated, false beliefs about our bodies that keep us in a state of fear, judgment, guilt, and shame. It’s time to RELEASE these unhealthyideas about our bodies—often driven by media and other cultural influences—and instead embrace a new vision of health and well-being.
Freedom lies in returning to self-love and self-care, of letting go of foods or patterns that are causing us harm, and turning instead to a state of vibrant health. Quality food, sleep, movement, meditation, connection to nature, and loving relationships are just a few of the many ways we can fully nourish ourselves and claim ultimate physical wellbeing!
We have an innate body wisdom that guides our bodies on a path of wellness. Our bodies want to be in balanceand know exactly what’s needed for healing to occur. When we tap into in this innate wisdom, we are empowered to not only guide our own journey back to a state of well-being, but we can even see our health challenges as gifts that help us to better focus our attention on the things we might need to let go of that are no longer serving us.
