To continue our theme of Love for February, this week’s show is all about “The Greatest Love of All”--Healthy Self-Love. The foundation of all loving connections begins with loving ourselves. It is the root of all intimacy and joy, for when we recognize the love that already exists within us, we are more easily able to share and reflect that love in our daily interactions.
Bringing awareness to our inner chatter is an essential key to self-love. Have you ever listened to how you talk to yourself? Throughout the day, do you say loving, kind thoughts to yourself? Or do you find your head full of judgments, criticisms, doubts and negativity? If you’re like most, the criticisms far outweigh the complements! What happens instead when we shift those thoughts about ourselves to ones of compassion, joy, and kindness? When we water our own seeds of love within, not only does this energy expand outward to everyone we come in contact with; it uplifts us and raises our vibration, which then draws more good into our lives.. Let’s talk about easy and fun ways to do small acts of self-love on a daily basis!
