    What About Oxygen?

    What About Oxygen?

There are three things we cannot live without: oxygen, water and food. We can live without water for a matter of days depending on our degree of health and our size. We can live without food for weeks or even months again depending on our degree of health and our size. None of us can live without oxygen for more than a few minutes.

When firemen fight a house fire, they can quickly extinguish it if they can cut off its supply of oxygen. They literally suffocate the flames and the fire dies.

When a welder uses a torch the heat it produces is governed by the amount of oxygen that is fed to the flame. More oxygen creates a hotter flame.

It becomes obvious to us that oxygen increases energy when it is increased and lowers energy when it is restricted.

Our energy is directly affected by the amount of oxygen in our bodies. As with the flames in the house fire and the amount of heat produced by the welders touch, our metabolism is governed by the amount of oxygen we have available to us at any given moment.

It is our thyroid gland that governs our metabolism. We are taught that when our thyroid is over active we stay thin and have a high energy level and when it is under active our metabolism slows down.

The question is, “What determines the activity of our thyroid gland?” There are many answers. We will address several. First let’s address oxygen. How do we get oxygen into our system in the first place and are there any substances that inhibit our ability to maintain oxygen?

Have you ever taken a class to learn how to breathe? My guess is, probably not because if it works we don’t usually fix it.

Herein lies the challenge. Nobody has ever told us that if we learned how to fill our lungs fuller and empty our lungs more completely, we could easily double our energy and endurance.

Secondly, let’s address the acid and alkaline condition of our body. An acid body is low in oxygen. An alkaline body is high in oxygen. The food we eat determines to a large effect whether our body is acid or alkaline.

Third I want to address stress. Stress tightens our muscle fibers and restricts the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the cells. Stress and suffocation are closely related.

Some years ago Dr. Coldwell encouraged me to begin writing books. I give the credit to him. To date I have published four books and dozens of booklets.

If you haven’t read Instinct Based Medicine, by Dr. Coldwell, you are living below your privilege. It is not a should read, it is a must read!

I want to give you a free gift, the booklet, Oxygen Deprivation Syndrome. You may read it or even download your copy from  www.AuthenticallyBeautiful.com to fully understand how valuable oxygen is and even more importantly how valuable electro statically charged oxygen is.

I just started on the BePure cleanse that Dr. Coldwell is promoting for optimal health. Not only am I doing it to clean my colon, but to move towards a more alkaline body because I know the value of oxygen.

I want to challenge you to follow the advice of Dr. Coldwell and adhere to his teachings as closely as you are able. Not only will you become younger and healthier, you will have more energy to achieve the dreams that have eluded you over a lifetime.

I am honored to have access to you through Dr. Coldwell and as a 65 year old young male who has been involved in both the medical and alternative world for a lifetime, I understand that when we find a leader in the field of wellness, we had best pay attention.

If I contract an illness, I want to go to a healer who has a track record of success. Thank God you and I have found him in Dr. Coldwell.
