We are presented with NEW constantly which causes us to change. Our Beliefs and Valued are questioned often, especially as humanity becomes conscious and aware of the big picture. This can create confusion, conflict and sometimes distress as we question what is right for us and how that integrates into our belief system alongside or in place of long held "truths".
Change is inevitable but can be gentle and loving if we choose it. The painful way can be a thing of the past if you make a habit of opening awareness and allowing our choices to become part of our lives. We discuss how to recognise the conflicting parts of ourselves and the individual needs of those parts. By learning how to mediate from within to create a "win - win" situation and reduce conflict and release tension around makig these choices.
