Karen will be talking about the importance of using your Emotions as a Spiritual Compass to heal. As you know your emotions are the radar if you will to your state of being. If you can tap into those emotions and ask consciously as to what triggered your emotional response and why you are sensitive to the experience it is the first steps to healing. What would it look like if you lived your life in Neutral? Karen is not suggesting you become emotionless but rather be in control of the situations instead.
So what would that look like? Well, if there are any listeners that cannot move past a trigger call in and Karen will show you how it works. Moving through the emotion is not enough it is what the experience triggered in your belief system that is important – it is like the root to the weed if you will. If RANTING is happening than you are looking for validation to your experience.
Looking within yourself is something that most people have a hard time doing. So peeling back the layers of beliefs to get to the truth might be intense for some.
