There's a lot more to yoga than poses!  Discover the broad foundation that yoga practice and philosophy rests on - which includes ethical principles, meditation, self-inquiry, and development of discipline.  Yoga philosophy teaches us the essentials of becoming a good human being, as well as developing ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.  We'll explore some practices to focus the mind, a few guided yoga postures, some traditional breathwork, and prepare to meditate.  Questions and comments welcome!
