Over years, people have doubted effectiveness of the aromatherapy for their weight loss. More currently, though, the scientists have studied relationship between the weight loss and sense of smell. They have reached a few interesting conclusions in their study of how to burn stomach fat.

This is not saying that the aromatherapy is "magic-bullet" or immediate weight loss cure – but there is not any thing. However aromatherapy is valuable part of healthy, and sensible weight loss plan. The aromatherapy does 2 important things and it can help you manage cravings & feelings of hunger, also it can address a few contributors to the weight issues like anxiety, stress, and depression.
How Aromatherapy for the Weight Loss Works
Study shows that the appetite and sense of smell are connected. Actually, studies have also found that sense of smell in fact triggers feelings of the fullness prior to our stomach does. Whenever you inhale essential oil, and its microscopic molecules straight affect part of brain named hypothalamus. Area inside hypothalamus is called "satiety center" that controls feelings of hunger and fullness.
Satiety center 'reads' some essential oil molecules as signal you are full. The good news is that, this happens faster than the brain gets signals from stomach telling that you are full – thus you feel full quicker!
Most well known essential oil for the weight loss is Grapefruit.
Bergamot, Basil, Cumin, Clary Sage, Fennel, Dill, Lemon, Ginger, Patchouli, Marjoram, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Thyme, Spearmint, Vanilla & Ylang Ylang are few other appetite suppressing oils for the weight loss.
