Excess fat in bodies makes us susceptible for depression & mental problems

Participants got 2 dietary questionnaires in order to complete at home and when you are looking at these results, it must be noted that for the role functioning, emotional as well as mental health, there was not any difference in scores between all those perceiving themselves as right and very fat.  For men direct relationship was seen between the weight loss history and the quality of life, however differences between the weight loss categories were important only for the physical functioning, general health, bodily pain, and vitality.  For the women different quality of life dimensions differed between the body-mass-indexes after the adjustment, with overweight having very low mean scores.  The perceived weight was linked with the general health & vitality, and independent of obesity. Women with the stronger history of the weight loss had lower scores for the physical function, bodily pain, mental health, emotional, social function, role functioning, & vitality.  Longitudinal analysis have shown that women with the weight increase of higher than ten percent had lower quality of the life scores regarding general health, physical health, and vitality.

This proves that the excess fat in bodies makes us susceptible for depression & mental problems, our vitality levels also go down that means lower life quality. All these results reflect findings in the psycho social literature & speculation on part of lots of clinical as well as public health practitioners, which impact of obesity on well being depend on the subjective assessment by their weight instead of an realistic appraisal connected to the healthy standards.

In society with such high prevalence of obesity and overweight, fast weight loss techniques and belly fat exercises are in very high demand.  Also this is where business starts, and I am sorry to say there are lots of people out there selling weight loss programs such as crash diets who are interested in their earnings than the patients well being.
