    Burning Fat!

Burning fat is a happening topic that is interesting to all. Our lifestyle has made us look fatter. Every woman dreams of a good figure. Every one has started to care about their well being and fitness. Burning fat is in every one’s mind. Cellulite is also a major concern. Although one manages to lose weight, the cellulite problem makes their skin to sag down.Anticellulite creams have flooded the market.

There are many creams that promise to shape up thighs, arms.We need calories for meeting our energy needs. The excess calorie taken is stored as body fat. The consumed unburnt calories are responsible for making us fatter. If the body does not get enough calories it starts burning the fat that is stored up. The body usually burns up carbohydrates, glucose, fats for energy. Eating beyond our energy requirement makes us to put on weight .Every activity needs energy.

Calories are burnt even while sleeping. More calories are burnt if the body’s metabolism rate is high. Crash diet affects the metabolism rate of the body. It is used to lose water weight. Thus very less calories are needed to perform a task while dieting. Once normal food intake resumes, the normal activity takes less energy. The extra calories are stored as fat. The body weight greatly depends on the metabolic rate. Increasing the metabolic rate is a great way to reduce fat. When a person starves, the body takes the carbohydrates first. Then it goes deep down to consume fat. Then it goes to the muscle for protein. Fat tend to get burnt at a slower rate. Doing exercises at a slower pace and longer time is often associated with effective fat burning.Eventhough more calories are burnt by exercising at a faster pace, fat can be burnt only by exercising in a slower pace. Thus exercising slowly is the best way to burn fat. Belly fat exercise proves very beneficial if you want a way to burn stomach fat.
