    The first is to eat a banana daily. This is a good source of potassium. If you do not like bananas you may try apricots, avocados, and raisins. You need to strive for 5 grams of potassium daily. Other nutrients to include each day through diet or supplements: 300-400 milligrams of magnesium.

     

    Other suggestions is to stock up. Stock up on any foods and herbs to promote good digestion and fluid retention. Yogurt, fiber-rich cereal, brown rice, cabbage and cranberry juice.

     

    Try banning your salt intake to lose water weight. Strong use of salt makes the body retain fluid even more. Steer clear of high sodium foods. Many other foods to avoid are salted nuts, pickles, and many frozen foods. Look out for other foods like, soy sauce, ketchup, deli meats and cheese.

     

    No sugar to what you are eating. Sugar can raise your insulin level. May also cause diabetes. At all possibilities avoid high sugar foods. Foods like sweetened cereals, cakes, cookies, ice cream toppings and products contains high fructose corn syrup, such as soda!

     

    Try to fill up on plenty of plain water. By drinking this it hydrates the body and is less likely to retain water. You need to drink at less 8-10 glassed of water per day. This will flush salt in less likely to retain water.

     

    In doing these steps you will be able to help burn your body. By doing proper exercises you can help with the belly fat. Learn techniques that promote good belly fat exercises. You may search the web for exercises that help in this area. Good Luck with trying to loose the weight!
