You know feeling - your alarm-clock wakes you up at 5:30 for morning walk as well as at times you do not feel like doing that. So, what you must do? Well, at times, you must just go back in your bed. However, that must be exception rather than rule.
Your bet to work through this is minimizing task ahead and tell yourself you just need to exercise for 10 or 15 minutes now - something that you know you will do with very minimal effort in minimal time frame.
In case you end your 10 or 15 minutes and do not feel like doing that, then don't. You have gotten a few exercise in and you have energized yourself for a day. But, I think you will generally find that you have to continue. To start is hard part and when you have started, you have overcome biggest obstacle to work out.
Here are some things that you can do in order to stay motivated & exercise on regular basis to burn stomach fat.
Make your personal "reasons-list". Keep piece of paper & pen for couple of days. Note down each reason that you can think of you wish to get healthy or get fit to lose weight, through an consistent work out. This list is powerful motivation while you do not feel like exercising to burn stomach fat.
Know benefits of the exercise. We are motivated to do certain things that we will benefit from. More we gain more motivated we are. Example, if I told you that I would give you million dollars to take 30-minute walk tomorrow morning, will you do it? Benefits of the exercise are not that compelling, however they are very motivating. Keep records and write down exercise time every day. Keep running total for month & year.
