Many dieticians have warned that such programs make us to lose water weight. It is very easy to regain the lost weight. Good weight loss program must be a combination of food control and exercise. Concentrating only ion food intake won’t find good results. Reducing the food intake to a drastic amount can spoil the body metabolism.
