When all celebrating of holiday season is complete, 60% of the Americans resolve to the "lose weight as well as get in proper shape" for new year! I have put together some keys to help you make New Year's resolution for the weight loss & fitness successful one!
Do some kind of aerobic exercise (like jogging, walking, stationary cycling, swimming, aerobic dancing, and so on) on DAILY basis preferably in morning! Try average of 30 - 60 minutes every day. But, if few days you can just do 15-minutes, then that is still much better than to do nothing! Forget this twice a week stuff! Bodies were planned to be very active on every day basis! When we are, then our metabolism is super charged and it puts us in "healthy" mind. People who have work out in morning make good food choices during day.
Tone muscles with the weight training 3 days every week. Toned muscles boost your metabolism & cause you burn more calories in 24-hours a day, even when you are sleeping you will be burning calories! Toned muscles look very good!
Always eat your breakfast to! Skipping your breakfast sends message to body that you are "starving" as you have not had food in 18 hours. As protective mechanism, your body metabolism slows down & your body start to burn muscle as a fuel for doing belly fat exercises.
Avoid any fad diets that claim to burn stomach fat! For the healthy and permanent weight loss, you can develop active lifestyle & concentrate on eating lots of carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables as well as whole grains, limit your amount of fat that you consume.
Eat earlier in a day! Study has demonstrated you can also lose weight by eating substantial breakfast & lunch, and a light dinner. Dinner must be eaten very early, preferably at least 4 hours before your bedtime.
