    Date / Time:

    Intervals for the Weight Loss"

If you are like most of the people, finding some time to exercise is a challenge, thus you would like to get most out of your time you have. That includes "intervals" in exercise routine will help you maximize weight loss & fitness results. Intervals are the brief periods of more intense work out that is mixed in your regular aerobic work out sessions. For instance, if you are walking, you will do one-minute interval of fast walking about each five-minutes throughout your work out session.

Here is how it may look and you will begin with your normal 3 to 5 minute warm up as well as five minutes in your exercise you do at first interval, and one minute of fast walking. At end of that particular minute you must be "winded" and set to slow-down. You will slow down to normal exercising pace for next 4 minutes and after that your fifth minute is one-minute interval. This way you will continue throughout the exercise session.

You will derive some benefits from the intervals. Intervals will help you to acquire past weight loss plateau; making you lose water weight. Intervals raise your aerobic fitness by "pushing envelope". Whereas doing interval you will cross anaerobic threshold in anaerobic metabolism, and forcing all your body to get conditioned to intense exercise.

Your fitness level means that given level of work out can feel simpler and you can exercise at higher intensity that "burns" little more calories. Your raised level of fitness as well means you are less fatigued from every day activities and crash diets and you will get more "energy" all your day.

Intervals increase basal metabolic rate, and causing you to burn little more calories 24-hours a day. Intervals cause you "burn" little more calories at time of your exercise session & for some hours later on.
