Fat People Are Much Healthier than Thin People

Studies find the correlations between various diseases and high body weight, both chronic & fatal. But, when the researchers take any physical activity in account, it becomes clear that it is not the body fat, which is a problem; it is inactivity.

Many people who are overweight are less inclined to involve in any rigorous physical activity, and therefore are likely to suffer from & even die from certain diseases. But, thin and inactive people are likely to die from same diseases than the active people who are ranging from the “normal” weight to the overweight by current standards.

25 year study of weight, fitness, and mortality from 25,000 men found that the inactive and thin men were two time as possible to die as the active and overweight men. Additionally, other research have also found that physical fitness to lose water weight little more influence on heart disease mortality of the older men than heart disease, hypertension, smoking and body weight.

Some other research has also found that the women who engage in an regular physical activity, like walking, decrease their danger for developing any of the heart disease, irrespective of the body weight.

Study that followed 75,000 post menopausal women have shown that people who were active decreased the risk of developing cancer by 18% when compared to the inactive women. The body weight on own was also found to have got no effect on the breast cancer risk.

Number of research have shown that women who engage in the regular exercise are very less likely of developing diabetes or else to die from that if they develop it, irrespective of the body weight. By-product of the industrialization is widespread availability of high-calorie and inexpensive, junk food in current years.
