    Do you wonder why each diet that you try fails? It is just because they target wrong problem. The diets focus to treat symptom rather than giving what your body requires to maintain the weight. What happens then? Yep! You will lose weight temporarily to gain that back again. Is it lack of your will power? Have you ever heard about the phrase "it is all in head?". Well, there is much truth to this. Overeating is result of lack of neurotransmitters in brain and when neurotransmitters are missing, your body then tries to replace it with something else that is food.

     

    Usually problem is we do not eat right foods in order to bring up these levels of neurotransmitters to point where we do not end-up overeating. Most of the people who are trying to lose water weight go on few kind of diet program however very often never stay with diet because stress that they experience try to stay on a diet, is for them to take on.  Body gets most of nutrients manufacturing cells have to keep opiod levels normal in foods like cheese, milk, as well as other products. As we often get rid of these kinds of food when we are dieting, so we will lose some weight, we are as well eliminating foods from our bodies should need to keep stress cycle from beginning to lose water weight.
