Research have shown that the stress in fact causes many abdominal fat. Diets also cause stress and put two together & you make fat. Americans ignore facts & think that they can take in this wisdom.
Sixty five percent of Americans go on diet every year and over half of them last just 30-days. Twenty six thousand diets are published as 1920 and out of each 200 people who are going on the diets, around 190 fail and nine out of ten who are making it to the goal weight gain weight back in five years.
Diets do not work for 2 main reasons.
Diets are prescription for the weight gain and for one thing, then they cause stress. The stress stimulates appetite and also It depletes necessary brain chemicals that keep us calm & energized. Thus, we reach for the food to replenish all these substances and because carbohydrates like candy, pretzels, and cookies supply all these fast, we generally tend to reach for all these snacks when we are stressed. But, their affect is very short lived. Priro to before very long, brain exhausts supply & we are reaching for little more to lose water weight.
All or nothing” syndrome will bring us to our knees and we are either on a diet, strict & rigid or completely off diet diving in forbidden fruit, ice cream, chocolate, chips, cookies and so on. The pendulum swings to complete opposite-side as well as we overindulge.
