    People are very desperate in getting slim and to lose water weight. Dieticians prefer the concept of eating multiple small meals instead of eating whole big meals. The level of depression is so high that have decided to starve for sliming down .the healthy way to diet is to reduce our calorie intake instead of avoiding it as a whole. Crash diets ends up with losing few kilos. But what we end up losing is all water content. For a permanent weight loss, fats stored in our body must be burnt. we only lose water weight in crash diets. Many dieting program have become popular for their promise to reduce considerable weight in less span of time. General motor’s diet is one such program. Such determined people go up to a extent for losing weight. Some get frustrated due to peer pressure.

     

    This seven-day program restricts the dieter to a particular food. A particular food type is restricted for each day. The program is used for cleaning the toxins from the body.  Dieting program has so many critics. Critics come up with pros and cons of the program. The weight retainment is the major point to be discussed. Once normal food habit resumes all the lost weight rapidly built up. Moreover dieting requires the will power to follow the routine. Mankind succumbs to temptation. In the midst of raw foods, a strawberry milkshake is hard to resist. The temporary weight loss is because what we have lost is only water. Dieting along with exercise must be combined to have a good weight loss. Protein intake can be increased, reducing the amount of carbohydrates. If it is tough to take the raw food as a whole one can combine raw food and processed food. To burn stomach fat one must do a lot of belly fat exercises.
