    An old English poem relates middle-aged man and growing in the middle. But today’s poem has to relate youth and growing in the middle. The problem of belly has been taunting today’s people. The lifestyle of today’s people is linked with tummy. People have got a sedentary life style. They do very little physical work in the fast moving world. There are machines for everything. Junk food is also responsible for making us fat. It adds a lot of empty calorie. Crash diets help to lose water weight in our body. Exercise help to burn stomach fat calories. We become fatter day by day. Our belly fat exercise make tummy to reduce in size. A big belly is often associated with health complication. A belly also symbolizes the lack of activity. A physically in active person is found to have belly.  It is often associated with older people. Young people with belly have low confidence level.

     

    Apple shaped people who are more prone to health issues is associated with a big belly. Such body resembles the shape of an apple. The risk in such body type is all the fat is stored at a particular area. The other body type is peer shaped body. A woman is pear shaped, while men are apple shaped. Weight issues are often associated with problems like heart attack, blood pressure; diabetics.belly toning becomes absolutely essential for a healthy body. Any gym has a section that is exclusively dedicated for tummy trimming. Tummy trimming exercises are available in plenty in markets. Carved abs can be obtained with a combination of diet and exercise. Belly toning exercise includes push-ups, pull ups, squats etc, these exercise must be done with a good count. Consistently exercises must have definitely had a stretching routine. When exercising our body gets sprains. Stretches effectively relive body sprains. Thus stretching routine encourages working out more effectively.
