How are you at relationships?  I don't mean just a love partner, but parents, siblings, coworkers, the barista in Starbucks? Do you choose (c)harming partners?   That is people who smile and seem to take care of you but actually just make sure their own needsare met? Are your needs your priority?  As long as you are ok, the everyone else will just need to be ok.   Or are you the people pleaser of the group?  Swallowing your anger and disagreement because speaking your real truth would be too frightening?
