    Domestic Violence Awareness Month Event & Actress Robin Givens

    I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Givens today.  She gave a powerful keynote speech about her experiences in learning about herself and the affects of being in an abusive relationship.  She was warm, charming, and funny.  She kindly spoke to everyone that approached and was genuinely supportive for the cause of creating safe families, holding abusers accountable, and supporting survivors.  She has given an initial approval for being a guest on my radio program so I'll keep you posted if that happens.   I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Givens today.  She gave a powerful keynote speech about her experiences in learning about herself and the affects of being in an abusive relationship.  She was warm, charming, and funny.  She kindly spoke to everyone that approached and was genuinely supportive for the cause of creating safe families, holding abusers accountable, and supporting survivors.  She has given an initial approval for being a guest on my radio program so I'll keep you posted if that happens.
