Brooke Schroeder entered the real estate industry in 1994 working with a financial planning firm that specialized
in creating mortgage funds and real estate backed investments for their clients.

Brooke obtained her California Funding License in 2001 and in 2003 became a California licensed real estate
agent and began working with buyers and sellers in the residential real estate and lending market. Over the next
four years she averaged over $6,500,000 in real estate sales annually with the majority of her business based on
repeat and referral business.

Brooke acquired a designation as a Certified Distressed
Property Expert. This designation addresses the complex issues confronting today's real estate industry and has
provided her with the training and experience needed to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in
today's market.
