Originally, from Massachusetts, fashion jewelry retailer, Shauna Williams, grew up with in an entrepreneurial environment. She was destined to be in business for herself as she came from a family of entrepreneurs. However, Shauna was a single mom at an early age, yet she managed to balance the demands motherhood, the commitment to fulltime work and while spending her spare time studying in college as well as helping out in the family restaurant and bar. While working at her family’s restaurant, Shauna paid close attention to the way the staff was managed, the various methods of marketing, as well as learned operational efficiency. Because of the rigorous work environment, she learned the ropes of entrepreneurialism quickly.
