Jean Birckhead and Melissa Richards discuss insights from Jean Birckhead's book "Five Keys for Grieving People", which covers concepts like purpose, identity, grief ambush, and new norms. Jean is an insightful, compassionate, and spunky woman who knows a lot about grief from firsthand experience.  Her story will comfort, encourage, and offer practical steps to work through the deep pain of losing someone.

Jean Birckhead is a Christian grief guide, life coach and owner of Hope for All Seasons Life Coaching where she provides guidance and coaching to individuals battling various hardships in their life. After the loss of her husband, Jean wished she had been given a manual on how to grieve. As a result, she combined her personal experience with her professional training to provide the guidebook she always wanted in, “Five Keys for Grieving People: An Unofficial Guide to Your New Normal.”
