Based upon the belief that every Christian has a ministry (often referred to as a "JOB") - this Workplace Ministry (The Church @ Work - TCAW) is intended to Equip and Encourage Christians to be more effective there. In addition, since so many hurting people are STILL hurting in the place we spend up to 70% of our lives, TCAW will also comfort and strengthen listeners who are hurting. Workplace Chaplain and Founder of TCAW is Michael Tummillo, often referred to as a "pioneer" in online ministry, having started his in 1999. Every Christian has a ministry. Our "jobs" are as sacred as anything that takes place in a church building. Listen in and learn more to INCREASE YOUR EFFECTIVENESS!
