Call in to speak with the host
When we hit our 40's, we're clear on what works - and what isn't cutting it. This can mean needing to say good-bye to certain behaviours, beliefs and even people who no longer serve us..
While saying good-bye can obviously have its pain, if these cords are cut with respect and honor, the lessons learned from them can form the most extraordinary pathway to a better future.
In this episode, I share some simple, yet profound rituals for letting go of the old. And by the way, they include my recent experience with microdermabrasion (loved it!) because you might as well look damn good when you're shedding old stuff, right?
If you've had to walk away from a situation that did not get closure or are ready to draw a line in the sand and want to have a plan to exit gracefully, this show will give you mindful tools to move forward, rather than be stuck in the past or in limbo-land.
And PS - In the podcast I mention two videos that explain a ritual for letting go and loving yourself, unashamedly!
A Ritual For Saying Goodbye To The Past
Grow Your Own Self-Esteem (the Louise Hay magic trick that really works)
I got my microdermabasion done at Bronz -- Ask for Brit.
