At mid-life we're looking for stability in a what seems like a sea of crazy.

And one of the simplest but most powerful ways to access an anchor of mindfullness is to have a practice.

You don't have to do pretzel poses or sit in silence for hours to gain the benefits of practice. In fact, you probably are doing a practice every day but you're ignoring the possibility of the mindfullness that paying attention to it can give you.

So- in this episode of The Change Guru I share my personal practice playlist and the bigger reasons behind them. From there - I share how the benefits of practice were highlighted big time by all the performers featured at this week's Tony Awards and then, I answer a question from a listener who wants advice for moving from stay at home mom into a career.
