Every now and then, I record a podcast that is especially made for you to download right onto your mp3 player or listen in your smartphone, head out the door and go for a walk. I personally use inspirational podcasts on many of my weekly walks and have found doing this is a great tool for managing mid-life stuff. It's my pleasure to create these for you, just for this purpose...
In my latest "Walking Through Perimenopause" episode, the third in my series (see the past episodes below) - the focus is on "How To Break A Habit" - and five things that will inspire you to make a change in your life..
This episode is inspired by my free event to Take A Coffee Break - in other words, give up coffee for most of the month of June. I love this little project because if coffee isn't your issue, you can subsitute anything you want. It's also moderate and you'll be doing it with me.
