Hey there Change Gurus

This is a special podcast for those of you who want to get fit AND have something to think about.

I will be talking to you about the 6 things we need at mid life and all you need to do is put on your walking shoes, stick me on your mp3 or smart phone, put your head phones on and go for a walk while you listen in. 15 minutes out the door - 15 minutes back and you're done.

A quick walk is a way to pump endorphines - feel good hormones- through our bodies and combat symptoms such as insomnia, feeling crummy, (insert your perimenopausal thing here!)  And the side effect is that regular walks- I suggest daily- will have you looking great as well.

So put your shoes on and take a walk with me!
