I believe that walking is an AWESOME way to combat some of the symptoms of perimenopause including anxiety, insomnia, fuzzy brain, etc.
So with all that in mind, I've created a podcast which you can download, via the itunes tab in the tool bar and take with you for a pleasant 30 minute walk. I'll talk you through your walk - it's not fast paced or hard - just enough to get your blood pumping and mind working. Along the way I'll talk you through the Six Core Needs of Mid-Life Change - some brain food...
