Time to Take a Breath and Succeed

Recently, I discovered a few interesting facts regarding women in today’s workforce.Women make up 59% of the eligible workforce but only 47% of the actual workforce.Of the working women 70% are mothers to children under the age of 18. Approximately 82.2% of custodial parents are mothers.  Although women hold almost 52 percent of all professional-level jobs, American women lag substantially behind men when it comes to their representation in leadership positions.

The great major of women juggle family, being head of household, completing higher education, and striving to climb that evasive ladder of success.

It’s time to take a breath.
