He has been a trustee, board member, former family business CEO, entrepreneur, venture investor, adviser to wealthy family members and family offices, and their family businesses on a strategic planning and corporate development, as well as special private investments and ventures.. For the past few years, Warner has been teaching members of the next generation as an Adjunct Faculty member of the Zicklin School of Business, at Baruch College in NYC, the largest business school in the US. Warner also teaches a full course on Boards, Governance and Leadership with Entrepreneurial and Family Firms to MBA and MS students and a course on Family Business Management to seniors. He is on the Board International Association of Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises, Inc. and the Lawrence N. Field Center for Entrepreneurship, the largest entrepreneurship center in the US. Warner is a National Association of Corporate Director Governance Fellow and holds a certificate as a Family Wealth Advisers.
