  Adrienne’s mother is going through chemotherapy, and is very scared. Realizing the most important fight against Cancer is “Attitude”, and the ability to “Fight”, Adrienne read this Healing Meditation into a Cassette tape for her mother. Her Mother makes quiet time 3 times a day to listen to the tape. Here is how you, too, can make this work as a Healing Aid.
  
  

  

  
  @Get a tape recorder and tape the follwoing script in your own voice, or the voice of an assuring best friend or family member.
  @ Close your eyes, and imagine getting into an elevator that starts from the bottom of your toes, to the top of your head.
  @ Light pours into each room as the elevator glides to the top floor, {your head}
  @Angels greet you with tools of self healing empowerment.
  @ A great Cassette Player can be purchased at “Radio Shack” electronics shop for $36.00
  @Be sure and read the following script into your recorder slow and relaxed.

  
  
  THE SELF HEALING ELEVATOR
  

  

  
  @ Relax with a few breaths,
  inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
  @Settle into your body (and close your eyes) as you breathe in and out.

  @You Enter a beautiful hotel and walk through a white marble lobby
  to the elevator.

  @Push the UP button and the doors open silently.
  @You get in and find yourself feeling snug and alone as the sensation of rising begins.
  @The elevator is filled with a beautiful deep red light, turning you and the walls red.

  @As you rise, the light changes to a warm mellow orange. You feel relaxed as the orange glow turns into a golden yellow that makes you feel good enough to smile.
  @Now the light in the elevator turns a rich emerald green all around you.
  @You feel saturated with this brilliant green light, which suddenly pulsates and turns a rosy pink.

  
  
  @You feel as if every pore, every cell in your body
  is bathed in the healing energy of this pink light.
  @You feel the elevator rising faster and suddenly the pink gives way to a sky blue light that deepens to twilight blue.
  @You look up and notice the ceiling of the elevator is growing transparent and you see the faintest twinkling of stars.
  @The elevator is now flooded with deep violet light,
  and the ceiling becomes perfectly clear. The sky is filled with countless stars!
  

  @You barely feel the elevator come to a stop when the door opens and you step out onto the huge flat roof of the hotel.
  @The world is silent up here. Now look straight ahead and you will see a long table with every color of light seeming to glow from it.
  @There is an angel standing next to the table, waiting for you.

  
  
  @Walk to the angel and ask for it to point out
  the tool you need to use for your own healing.
  @Look at the table, notice that there are
  balls of light in every color, little lightning bolts,
  magic wands, crystals and more! They glow under the night sky.
  @You wait patiently until the angel settles on a tool for you.
  @Pick it or them up and put them in your pocket.
  The angel will place in your mind the correct ways to use your tools.
  @The information will just “be there” when you need it. The angel reminds you that you can come up to the roof anytime you need a new tool.
  
  
  @Say thank you for the tools and get back into the elevator.
  @Immediately the room is filled with deep violet light
  @You feel the elevator car dropping as the light changes colors with each floor.
  @Deep blue, sky blue
  @Rosy pink and emerald green,
  @golden yellow, warm orange,
  @and finally on the red light
  that signals that you have returned to the Lobby.
  @The elevator door opens and you step out
  feeling refreshed, empowered and alert!
  @When ready, open your eyes.

  
  

  
  
  HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR ANGEL ENERGY TOOLS
  
  
  If you are working on yourself, you may wish to start this while in bed before bedtime. If you are intending to use this tool to help the healing of someone else, you will need to be relaxed but not in a position to fall asleep afterward.
  If you are going through chemotherapy, do this exercise during that process and every single day at least once. Doing it twice or more times a day is better.Always check your tools to see if you need a fresh one or a completely different one.

   

  
  
  Begin by breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in a relaxed fashion; allow your body to settle into a feeling of ease.
  

  @Take the elevator back up to the roof and when you walk out onto the roof you see a table covered energy tools and a larger, longer one covered with soft bedding. Lay down on this angel-blessed table (or see your Friend on the table).

  @ In laying down on this soft bedding, all the negative energy of the auric bodies, the human energy field, is drawn out and safely “grounded” by this blessed table.
  @ Feel yourself smiling and how good you feel just in dumping the excess stressors and negativity as you gaze into the sky above.
  @If you have been feeling exhausted and depleted, smile as you feel new life energy rising up through your whole body from back to front, strengthening your life force!

  
  Now take your tool (or tools) out of your pocket and look at it.

  @If it seems to need changing, reach over to the smaller table with the glowing tools and choose one.
  @If you can’t decide, ask a Guide or Angel to help with the decision.

  
  Breathe and relax. Look up into the endless sky, and feel your limitless self feeling connected with All That Is.
  Now, calmly Ask for the assistance of your Cosmic Medical Team to attend and support this healing. You will immediately see Beings of Light appear around the table, surrounding you (or your Friend).
  These Beings may take any form, such as an angel with wings or simply a glowing being with indistinct features that radiates pure Love.
  

  
  

  @ You feel safe and so completely loved by them all.
  

  
  Here you may either hand the tool to one of the beings if you feel like it or ask one to assist.
  The one or ones who assist will point at places in your body or even slide their hands into yours and guide your hand with the tool to the place that needs healing. Surrender control to these beautiful healers; allow them to lovingly help repair and balance your energy fields. Allow them to show you how to use the tools.If possible make a mental note about the colors you see in the tool(s) and Beings and be sure to write this all down when you complete the meditation, or, if you fall asleep, note in writing what you can recall the next day.

  If you do not fall asleep during this exercise, after you feel the work is done for the time being, say thanks to everyone who helped you then return to the elevator and the Lobby.
   
  
  Doing this once a week is great for everyone, doing it daily as often as one can make time for is supportive in the healing illnesses of all kinds.

  
  Tip: Always go UP in the elevator before doing this because the higher your vibration, the more efficient the healing!
