Her latest book, Bucket List Weight Loss, was written to inspire individuals over 40 who have all but lost hope of ever realizing their dreams of thinness and better health.
At age 57, and after undergoing four total hip replacements, I lost the weight that had plagued me all my adult life and contributed to my osteoarthritis. Now, at age 60, I'm in the best shape of my life, physically and emotionally.
My book tells the story and outlines 11 positive concepts that are helping others like me experience the same positive changes. With my hip problems, I am intimately familiar with chronic pain, and my hope is that readers will realize they do indeed have the power to minimize or eliminate such discomforts by becoming more proactive.
