Law vs. Power, Which Do You Obey?

Obey the law or obey the power is a dilemma that can occur in one’s life.  If this were to happen to you which instruction would you obey, the written law or the verbal power.  This dilemma is evident in many encounters with law enforcement including the Sovereign Citizen Movement.
