Pastor Craig Lamar Davis, formally of the Full Gospel Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA was arrested on July 22, for reckless conduct when it was reported that he was sleeping with women without informing them that he was HIV positive. So far, two women have come forward to press charges against the married preacher. The Church’s Bishop, Paul Morton, came forward to “clear the air” by stating that Mr. Davis has never been a member of the church. The first victim to come forward, Ronita McAfee, sent out an email to encourage other women that may have “dealings” with Mr. Davis to get tested. Should these things be going on in the church? Even though at this time the allegations have not been proven, is this the type of reputation that “a man of the cloth” should have? What about the victims? Are they truly victims or are they reaping what they sow?
