Meet Sue Jaques!

Sue Jacques is The Civility CEO™, a corporate etiquette consultant, professional speaker and executive image mentor who helps individuals and companies gain confidence, earn respect and create courteous corporate cultures.

As a leader in the civility movement, Sue is a change mentor whose mission is to enlighten and inspire individuals from all walks of life and empower them to embrace civility and respect as guiding principles.

Prior to becoming The Civility CEO™ Sue served over 18 years as a Forensic Death Investigator at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. During her career in forensics she was personally involved in the hands-on medical investigation of over five thousand deaths, most of them violent and unexpected. Sue learned first-hand from that experience about the value of life and the power of respect and civility.

Sue has been speaking, writing and facilitating workshops about professionalism and corporate courtesy since 2000. She has been a guest on Oprah Radio’s, The Gayle King Show, and is a segment host on the syndicated television program Man on A Mission.

Whether she’s working with an individual, a team, an audience or a company, Sue has a knack for inspiring respect, grace and confidence. Her mission is to reverse rudeness and her personal motto is simple, “When in doubt, choose kindness.”
