The Buzz...The U.S. is wrapping up the month of black history. I have to be honest and state that there isn't anything that I can say that I've done to honor the history - this month for celebration or awareness. I continued to go on with life as if that's all there is to it because that is all there is to it. Black History Month should be Black Awareness Month. Honor Black History by honoring your household and familial and other relationships. The Sting... We'll talk about a few facts. How it started, who started it, who celebrates it - where and how but not many because there are things we all know. But, I do wanna mention Karyn Parsons of Fresh Prince of Bel Air fame and her organization www.SweetBlackBerry.org and other random things The Healing...realizing that everyone has a role in society is a place to begin. Karyn started an org that speaks to black achievement 365, I'm organizing my family reunion and gaining an education so I can have a career and not just a job, what are ways you are honoring your history.. Black, white, or otherwise. Plus I wanna prank call some folks on the air if I can because that's a part of MY history. LOL
