The Buzz.. Remember the movie Deliver Us from Eva? Those sisters played the same song every morning as part of a ritual that would get their day started as a family. Some people have affirmations they say to themselves before their feet hit the bedroom floor (assuming you don't live in a studio apartment), some have a rigorous work out routine to relieve stress while others drink coffee or drop down to get their eagle on (dance). The Sting..Leaving a biblical religious aspect aside, what is your personal secret of success in getting out of bed every day to start life/your day as if it is the last. Are there healing qualities in these stress relievers or are these our own personal versions of the "sugar pill"? The Healing Process..Let's find common ground on healthy motivational tools that we can practice individually meaning independent of each other. Not forming an official support group, I'm just taking you up on the plane and gently giving you a push with a working parachute.
