Re:  June 23, 2015 Request Regarding Outside Legal Services

Dear Mr. Sabatino:

This email is in response to your verbal and written request for public records received by the City during the Council meeting on June 23, 2015.  On July 17, 2015, the City provided you with a list of law firms in response to your request and indicated that we would provide you the remaining information on or before August 6, 2015.  Government Code Section 6253 subdivision (c), requires that City indicate“the estimated date and time when the records will be made available.”

We have worked extremely diligently and actively on your request, however, given the high volume, age of the records and location of the records that you are seeking, we must adjust our estimated date of disclosure.  The new estimated date of disclosure is August 24, 2015 at 5 pm.
