On September 30th, 2013 and April 30th, 2015 you had sent the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department complaints in regards to Sergeant Frank Fenn. These investigations have been closed due to the employee separating employment with the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department and the County of Stanislaus. I have attached two (2) case disposition letters that have also been mailed to you. Please contact me if you have any further questions.
