DA Harris Tells Atty. Gen. To Leave Deputy Sheriff Alone.

Sherry Fenn, ex-wife of Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Sgt. Frank Fenn continues to ride the merry-go-round that local law enforcement officials are running in order to protect one of their own from serious charges of domestic violence.

The Back Story has published her letter of frustration and she has presented documented proof of the domestic violence charges to local and state authorities.

The Atty. Gen.’s office gave her some hope that they may be willing to investigate.

Dist. Atty. Dave Harris called the Atty. Gen.’s office and called off any investigation.

DA Dave Harris has not conducted a local investigation. He may be too busy defending himself from tampering with the jury in the AJ bail bonds case.

We will have an update on what is going on with that case. In that judge Scott Steffen, passed the case on to Judge Marie Silveira, who passed the case on to Judge Linda McFadden.

Nine days after the exoneration of AJ Pontillo, the court bailiff and that trial was fired after 16 years of service.

Ironically, after Sheriff Adam Christianson testified in the case. He saluted the bailiff on the way out of the room.

As for Sheriff Sgt. Frank Fenn, Christianson has assigned him to head the court bailiff’s.

Have all the Stanislaus County Judges checked the resume of one who supervises bailiffs in their court.
