Today I am joined by Andrew Jones of Diversenomics. His startup company focuses on consultation and coaching for businesses to adopt diversity and inclusion within their organization. His approach is to focus on the economical aspects that surround the concepts of diversity and inclusion. In this interview I ask what diversity means to him, how he aligns or differs with the dictionary definitions, and how he applies it in business.
